The Resort at Paws Up invented the category of “Glamping”, in the last best place: Montana. Described as, “The Disneyland of Nature,” the resort appeals to high-end adventurers searching for an experience with an unmatched degree of comfort.

Self-Promotion: Give Me a Job or Else

One way to succeed in the competitive business of advertising is to make wild and unsubstantiated claims. The more successful way is to tell the truth. The truth is, I wanted a creative job in advertising very badly.

The Game Guide is focused on attracting that elusive prey that drove you to the vast and bountiful Montana wilderness. It was a priority to feature the variety of arrow tips, camouflage and stalking options in an informative, playful arrangement

The Fishing Field Guide shows the variety of tools, techniques and kind of trout you could encounter on the many legendary rivers of Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness

Paws Up Outfitters was a guided pack tour that took the adventurous via horseback deep into the Montana wilderness. I approached the solution by choosing a “field guide” brochure design that delivered a maximum amount of visual information.
